SKILL GUIDE 

As you can see he is an intelligence hero with scheming abilities. Now I will put a guide on his skills below:

 [Fishing] [Max Level: 4]
Description: EvilEdward throws a line, targeting and pulling one enemy closer to him. The enemy that is “fished” will be stun, damaged.

Level 1 – 400 range, stun 1 second, 80 damage.
Level 2 – 450 range, stun 1.5 seconds, 100 damage.
Level 3 – 475 range, stun 1.8 seconds, 150 damage.
Level 4 – 500 range, stun 2 seconds, 200 damage.

Cooldown: 15 seconds

Level 1 – 100 mana, 15 sec cooldown.
Level 2 – 175 mana, 15 sec cooldown.
Level 3 – 190 mana, 15 sec cooldown.
Level 4 – 210 mana, 15 sec cooldown.

Description: The Charlatan gains increased movement speed.

Level 1 – Increased movement speed by 10% for 10 seconds.
Level 2 – Increased movement speed by 20% for 12 seconds.
Level 3 – Increased movement speed by 30% for 15 seconds.
Level 4 – Increased movement speed by 40% for 20 seconds.

Cooldown: 60 seconds

Level 1 – 300 mana, 60 sec cooldown.
Level 2 – 375 mana, 60 sec cooldown.
Level 3 – 420 mana, 60 sec cooldown.
Level 4 – 500 mana, 60 sec cooldown.

 [Scheme] [Max Level: 4]
Description: Unleashes a scheme to nearby enemy heores. Enemy heores will have a certain probaility to attack their own teammates and lose HP over time.

Level 1 – 400 AOE, enemy heores lose 5 hp/sec, 5% chance of hitting own teammates for 6 seconds.
Level 2 – 475 AOE, enemy heores lose 10 hp/sec, 5% chance of hitting own teammates for 10 seconds.
Level 3 – 525 AOE, enemy heores lose 12 hp/sec, 8% chance of hitting own teammates for 14 seconds.
Level 4 – 700 AOE, enemy heores lose 15 hp/sec, 10% chance of hitting own teammates for 20 seconds.

Cooldown: 45 seconds

Level 1 – 250 mana, 45 sec cooldown.
Level 2 – 300 mana, 45 sec cooldown.
Level 3 – 350 mana, 45 sec cooldown.
Level 4 – 400 mana, 45 sec cooldown.

 [Loud Hailer] [Max Level: 3] [Ultimate]
Description: PASSIVE SKILL. Releases an extremely loud voice, damaging enemies near to the hero. The further the distance, the less damage it does; each damage loses 7% per enemy, have a certain chance of instant death if enemies are too close to the hero. However the skill depends on the voice level and mood of the day he have.

Level 1 – 500 AOE, 80 damage, 5% chance of instant death within 100 range
Level 2 – 650 AOE, 100 damage, 10% chance of instant death within 150 range
Level 3 – 800 AOE, 150 damage, 15% chance of instant death within 200 range
